The Aftermarket Sales Associate role is a great entry-level opportunity into the sales organization at Donaldson. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their sales career, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable prospecting and working with customers directly.
Role Responsibilities:
Proactively research customer accounts to identify key decision-makers and define aftermarket potential for filters and replacement parts.
Partner with sales reps to grow sales and manage assigned accounts within specific territories.
Acquire knowledge of filtration technology, applications, and operation of equipment necessary to assist customers and obtain filter orders.
Maintain customer database, record phone calls and sales activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma
1+ year of professional experience working with customers
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong communication skills – verbal and written
Ability to build rapport and relationships
Previous telephonic sales or customer service experience desired
