TimelyMD is looking for a tech-savvy client enablement coordinator to assist with the selling, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of digital health SaaS products, services, and partnerships. The Client Enablement Coordinator’s responsibilities include maintaining extensive knowledge of the products’ and partners’ parts, functions, and processes and assisting to enable client success and sales where technical expertise may be required to fit the clients’ needs.
To be successful as a client enablement coordinator, you should possess an in-depth knowledge of our company’s technical products, services, and integrations, and you should be able to relate this knowledge in a way that is understandable to non-technical customers. You should be driven to achieve TimelyMD’s revenue and retention goals and should have excellent prospect and customer-facing skills.
What You’ll Do
Plan, develop, and manage a coordinated implementation plan for clients.
Manage and communicate a clear vision of the project’s objectives, and motivate the cross functional project team to achieve them; create a project environment that enables peak performance by the internal and external teams.
Contributes to and collaborates on the design, development, testing, and implementation of technical and functional specifications of a project technology system, which may include developing information systems testing strategies, plans or scenarios.
Contribute and support revenue teams by providing technical sales and demo support.
Cultivate a keen eye for forecasting upcoming roadblocks that could affect client issues and proactively work on mitigating them.
Escalate product issues and requests to the product team to ensure we are continually meeting customers’ needs.
Solicit and log client feedback and evaluating the data to support new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
Speak to technical requirements & scope of integration and interface requirements with a focus on SSO and client data.
Assist sales team and RFP Program Manager with completing technical documents such as RFPs and security questionnaires.
Work with product marketing to maintain key artifacts & collateral – including technical presentations to explain our company’s product, services, and technical integrations with prospects and customers.
What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field.
Experience in prospect and/or client-facing roles in the technology or medical field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
Good leadership and team working skills.
Willingness to continue your IT education.
