SYKES is looking for a Product Support Representative to provide sales and technical product support to audio video custom installation dealers and Sales representatives remotely. You would provide expert training on these products to custom integrators and Sales representatives. Products include TV’s Home Theater receivers Projectors and Blu Ray Players.
This is a Remote position.
Required qualifications skills and experience
Responsibilities:
This will be responsible for providing technical troubleshooting for Custom Integration Channel. You will be answering phone and email from Dealers and Customers. This position will also act as a high level of support for our call center as well as internal escalations.
You will handle technical escalations from dealers installers and install customers regarding the use and functions of receivers/projectors TV’s NHS racks wall stations home share and Blu Ray. Inquiries may come via telephone or the internet so candidates must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
