The Role

Our Customer Success Executives will nurture our Mid-Market customer relationships and are responsible for introducing customers to new products and services that will help them achieve their organizations mission. You will be responsible for working with customers to maximize the use of Bloomerang’s solutions and establish a trusted advisor relationship by working to deliver value of products and services.


Duties/Responsibilities

Manages Mid-Market customers through consultative selling processes to achieve renewal and expansion revenue targets.
Leverages domain and product knowledge to drive product adoption and expose opportunities to expand footprint.
Proactively forecasts and communicates at-risk customers and defines mitigation strategies for securing retention.


Develops long-term plans and prioritizes customer requests to maintain a high degree of confidence and trust.
Coordinates and manages commitments across a team of Bloomerang resources leveraging subject matter experts to support customer requests. Provides updates and follow ups to customers on outstanding issues, requests and escalations.
Creates advocates by ensuring that customers achieve program goals while maintaining strong relationships.
Effectively multitasks and manages multiple priorities simultaneously.


What Does It Take

1-2 Years of Sales Experience.
Aptitude for technology knowledge, spreadsheet and CRM Utilization; previous experience supporting or selling to non-profit organizations is desirable.
The ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing environment.


Outstanding communication skills with a variety of customers and levels of technology knowledge, including developing and delivering presentations, written communication and engaging verbal communication to effectively establish & maintain credibility.
Strong creative, multi-tasking, problem solving and organizational skills.

Location 

This is a full-time, permanent position, either fully remote or based in our Indianapolis Headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
