This is a remote position that could be based anywhere in the United States.
Calix is looking for an Engineering Operations Associate to work closely with our core Products Leaders to manage the day to day operations functions associated the ongoing enablement and learning needs of the Products organization.
You will be responsible for deploying programs and initiatives that enable the diverse teams within the Products organization to execute the core-aspects of their jobs more effectivity, especially as it relates to productivity, efficiency, and quality performance. You must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Flexibility, sharp organizational and process-oriented skills, and a self-starting work ethic are desired.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Partner closely with the Products Leaders to build a globally consistent approach to onboarding, training, and continued enablement.
Support curriculum development for training-related projects. Manage them from inception to release and ensure content is maintained after launch.
Monitoring, measuring, and reporting the effectiveness of learning and communication programs and channels to internal stakeholders through analytics, surveys, and other key performance indicators.
Responsible for documentation, communication, enablement of any applicable learning process and/or assets within the programs.
Creating and maintaining learning and communication platforms, toolkits, processes, and templates.
Manage multiple projects and proactively communicates issues, priorities, and objectives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, team player, ability to grasp new concepts efficiently and perform well in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Telecommunications industry technology, markets and networking specifically access networks including residential and business/enterprise.
Experience working in an R&D environment.
Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems, Authoring Tools, Jira or Confluence.
Familiarity with screen sharing programs (Zoom).
