Working Solutions Back Office Contractors will work in variety of systems involving Client Customers, Dealerships, and law enforcement. Escalated situations will be solved by researching cases, then taking appropriate next steps, which often include making outbound calls, to solve such as change of ownership, subscriptions, auto show updates, stolen vehicle reporting, billing issues, etc.

Compensation
The contract rate for handling customer interactions will be $0.27 per productive minute.
Contractors on this program can expect to earn an equivalent of $16.20 per productive hour.
Hours of Operation
This client’s hours of operation 24 x 7.
This client is looking for Contractors who can provide 20+ hours per week on this program to maintain proficiency.
Required Skills
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide legendary service with law enforcement, customers and dealerships
Strong problem solving and personal organizational skills
Multi-tasking and tenacity to find answers
Ability to communicate and read technical language
Practical experience with MS Office, particularly Word templates and Excel tracking spreadsheets
Prior experience with driver assistance programs is a bonus, but not required
Tech Requirements
Quiet, uninterrupted environment during all working hours
Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
Wired internet connection to be used during tech setups, while attending education classes and while working
Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system must be used
Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
Wired USB headset with microphone (Gaming headsets not accepted)
Contractors must have a smart phone, Android tablet or iPad and be willing to install an authentication app related to program work.
