As a claims estimatics specialist, you’ll be responsible for the training and technical support on all claims estimatics products. You’ll work with employees and leaders at all levels to design course content and develop, deliver, and continuously improve development opportunities. Additionally, you’ll design and facilitate claims estimatics training and deliver training events on all claims estimatics products.
Must-have qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher
In lieu of degree, a minimum of one year relevant adult learning and/or administrations/instructional design or performance improvement experience.
Preferred skills
Advanced Xactimate estimating skills
Willingness to obtain Xactimate certifications
Residential property handling experience
Training experience
Intermediate proficiency in data analysis, data entry and Excel
Compensation
$70,700 to $92/500/yearly based on experience
Gainshare bonus up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
