About the role
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join the Global People Operations Team for our growing workforce. The People Operations Analyst will provide support to our teams focused on hiring, growing, and keeping great people.
The People Operations Analyst will contribute across all of the phases of the employee lifecycle, including: onboarding, employee engagement, data integrity, reporting, HR processes, internal communications, compliance, performance management, etc. Must be extremely solutions-driven, detail-oriented, mission-aligned, and excited to work in a startup environment.

Responsibilities:
Support HR systems, processes, and administration for a workforce that will scale to thousands of employees across multiple locations
Responsible for People Helpdesk ticket maintenance
Create, update and maintain global policies to ensure legal compliance
Responsible for creation of People Operations systems and processes documentation.
Workday HCM support
Data Reporting
Build trust with employees across all layers of the organization and be an active listener
Support Payroll and Benefits operations end-to-end including, but not limited to, tax compliance, data entry, general benefits administration and education, etc.
On- and off-boarding (eg., background checks, swag delivery, etc.)
Ensure compliance with global labor laws and regulations
Requirements:
6+ years of administrative experience – 4+ years professional HR experience in an operational role preferred
Strong communication skills – able to quickly communicate complex concepts in easy to understand terms
Previous experience and success handling confidential data
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
Ability to balance multiple projects, programs and deadlines simultaneously
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to continuous change
Exceptional problem solving ability
Strong Project Management skills
Plus, but not required Previous experience with Workday HCM or other HRIS administration
Previous experience administering an Operational Help Desk
Independent and flexible attitude: as the local expert in a fully-remote team, you will need to own US HR operations while working from home, and comfortably navigate cross-functional dynamics to diagnose and resolve legacy problems proactively
Customer service mindset: as the owner of US Andelans’ administrative experience, you should be responsive, sensitive, and clear in your communications
