The Role:
The Role of Product Operations Specialist is to oversee listings sent to the Gametime database which are ineligible for sale for any reason. The specialist will work with inventory-matching tools and the Prod Ops manager to prioritize venue or performer information that is missing from Gametime’s system. The goal is to maintain as many listings as possible to be eligible for sale, to maximize the amount of valid inventory available through Gametime.
What you’ll do / own:
Match ineligible listings tied to live events in the Gametime database
Oversee contractors to target highest priority events and performers/sports teams
Work with listing automation tool to identify and implement improvements
Contribute to management of eligible, live inventory as part of a team
A little more about you:
Knowledge and experience in: the live event space and primary and secondary ticket industries
Knowledge and experience in: sorting of high priority inventory on a scheduled basis
Knowledge and experience with account management: communicating with external partners or clients in any industry
Excellent skills in: written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to: multi task, work with and improve process, follow-through and ability to take initiative, ability to learn data analytics and develop strategic methodologies
Degree or equivalent experience: Bachelor’s Degree
Years of experience: 3-5 years of professional work experience in any industry
