About You:

Logixboard is looking for a highly organized administrative professional who is able to meet deadlines associated with multiple tasks. As a Revenue Admin, you will have a proven ability to manage multiple people’s calendars while supporting and being part of a fast paced team. The ideal candidate is a highly effective communicator both verbally and written and has an aptitude for utilizing systems, building processes and problem solving.


You Will:

Complete administrative tasks for sales leaders (booking travel, scheduling meetings, ordering books and supplies)
Handle operational duties such as compiling data and presentations for revenue meetings
Coordinate calendars and assist with project management duties
Assist in building course content in our Learning Management System (LMS)
Utilize tools such as docs and spreadsheets to create processes to complete operational tasks for sales leaders


We are looking for:

Experience handling administrative tasks in a fast paced environment, preferably working with a leadership team
1-2 years in an administrative role, working with leadership preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with tools such as docs and spreadsheets
While we are 100% remote, candidates located in Philadelphia, PA are preferred.
