Description & Requirements

As the Lead HR Business Partner for AFH and KHI- you will be responsible for bringing to life our most significant Value at Kraft Heinz – “We Champion Great People.”

In this role- you will define and lead all people strategies and initiatives for more than 250 employees across marketing- sales- and operations. You will be the trusted advisor to the President of Away From Home and KHI and a strategic partner in transforming the business into the innovation and marketing powerhouse of Kraft Heinz.

This role reports to the Head of People & Performance – Taste- Meals and AFH- and serves as an integral member of the Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as advisor- business partner- and advocate for the Leadership Team- employees- and business
  • Drive talent plans with business leaders in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Lead talent processes- including Annual Talent Calibrations- Leadership Planning- and Development Planning
  • Guide managers through employee relations matters
  • Design efficient organizational design to activate our 5 Year Growth Plan and unlock value through simplification and efficiency
  • Lead people budget planning to deliver on Annual Operating Plan financials
  • Directly lead and develop a dedicated direct report; provide leadership and mentorship to center of excellence partners

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalency with dynamic Human Resource experience
  • Demonstrable ability to influence crucial team members across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated success of problem solving- simplifying the complex- and effectively inspiring change
  • Led or supported a highly visible transformational change project successfully
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to impact a broad audience
  • Understanding of business fundamentals
  • Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail- organization- and ability to balance multiple exciting priorities
