Summary:

Tetra Tech’s Disaster Response Division is currently seeking a Recruiter based out of our Maitland FL Office. This position however will be 100% remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for multi-site high-volume recruiting and other recruitment activities as assigned. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or human resources with knowledge of sourcing screening interviewing and hiring practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles helping management find hire and retain quality talent
  • Utilizes candidate databases and recruitment tools to proactively identify prospective candidates and invite them to apply for open positions including cold-calling
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring teams and leverage their networks to generate diverse candidate pools
  • Maintains accurate and timely ATS updates including disposition status and reason
  • Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
  • Develop and release job postings on platforms such as social media and job boards
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business
  • Screen resumes and prospects qualify interview and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in an internal database

Qualifications

  • Workdays in excess of 8 hours and/or weekend attendance may be required
  • High attention to detail strong organizational skills and customer focus
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously; set priorities and plan work to meet deadlines
  • Ability to identify problems and develop solutions
  • Computer application skills
