Task & Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining and entering accurate employee records from employee personal files from HR Drive.
Data entry of all relevant information and data changes within our HCM systems for all locations.
Maintains information systems and databases; assists with creating the systems as needed.
Ensures all new hire paperwork is entered into HCM system accurately.
Maintains an effective working knowledge of changes in existing HCM software.
Enters employee data into various information and tracking systems and recalls data as needed.
Tracks and maintains all employee data for effective reporting.
