This position is primarily an administrative assistant/office coordinator that also oversees the department’s volunteer program. The person in this position should be comfortable working on the computer in-person with large groups and on-hill when necessary.

This position is primarily an administrative assistant/office coordinator that also oversees the department’s volunteer program. The person in this position should be comfortable working on the computer in-person with large groups and on-hill when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Run competition day registrations
- Assist volunteers at registration
- Efficiently handle all computer work (word processing databases and spreadsheets)
- Keep inventory of office supplies
- Track volunteer days and ensure each events’ volunteer needs are met
- Complete all paperwork pertinent to volunteers
- Coordinate volunteers and their supplies for each event
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and team members
- Maintain superior organization
- Multitask!
- Assist Competitions Administrator with daily tasks
- Fill in on-hill when needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
