Launched in 2021, Volato is a fast-growing private jet company, disrupting the category with an initial focus on four-or-fewer passenger missions in the HondaJet. In 2022 we placed orders for four (4) Gulfstream G280’s. Like no other private aviation provider, we offer fractional owners unlimited hours and a revenue share each month.
Our unique proposition means our growth is limited only by the number of aircraft we can acquire. Our short-term mission is to build a national footprint so we can provide the best value and best customer experience to every private aviator in the continental United States. The facets of our business include fractional jet ownership, jet charter, and fleet management. Title: Junior Corporate Counsel
Description:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to drafting and negotiating NDAs, services agreements, reviewing marketing materials, preparing and managing complex transactional closings, maintaining legal and due diligence files, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Member in good standing of any state bar
3+ Years’ experience practicing law
In-House or Law Firm experience considered
Strong corporate transactional experience preferred
Excellent time management skills
Good attendance and punctuality are critical
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to communicate via written correspondence or verbal statement in a clear, concise, and logical manner
Aviation experience, not necessary, but extra consideration given to applicants with this experience
Will consider applicants with less experience practicing law, dependent on other prior/applicable experience (e.g., prior paralegal or contracts specialist with new law degree).
Salary
80,000-90,000 Dependent upon transferable experience.
