Key job responsibilities

Drive the roadmap for the region in alignment with business strategies and priorities.
Prioritize the intake and manage the backlog of requests.
Run in front of the software development team, helping define user stories, research appropriate solutions.


Apply project management and Agile methodology skills to manage scope, plan work, coordinate resource deployment on tasks, analyze risks/develop mitigation strategies and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Help make the right feature trade-offs to ship software without compromising customer experience or business relevance.


Engage with many teams across the Retail, operations, and the Selling Partner Services (SPS) organization to evangelizing the team and your project, including building relationships to deliver on our goals.
Provide leadership and perspective, and drive stakeholders to decisions in ambiguous situations.
Apply continuous improvement methodologies to analyze and understand existing processes and workflows.


A day in the life
You define the strategy, processes and requirements, and leading cross functional teams from design through delivery of workflows to achieve product results.
You will be accountable to drive the entire lifecycle, from workflow definition through specification, development, and quality assurance and worldwide launch.


You will influence business, product, and engineering teams to build the right solutions. You will be also responsible for creating leverage by ensuring capabilities are reusable and scalable to worldwide legislative changes.
This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks and change control. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

3+ years experience in program or project management
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams


Experience in business case decision-making, complex problem-solving capabilities and high level of attention to details.
Advanced in Excel


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

Master’s Degree
Basic knowledge of SQL
Advanced in Project or Product Management
Experience collaborating and effectively communicating (written & verbal) with senior management, technology teams, and international stakeholders.
