The American Road Insurance Company (TARIC) a subsidiary of Ford Credit is expanding its commercial auto insurance product offering and is seeking experienced staff to lead the effort. The goal is to bring insurance to commercial customers as part of the one-stop experience for Ford Pro customers and create excitement about a new option for competitive commercial vehicle insurance across all brands.
Seeking external hire with commercial auto insurance experience. Skills in the following areas are of particular interest: Underwriting marketing sales distribution vendor management billing customer service and/or compliance.

Solid background in the Property & Causality insurance with a focus on commercial auto insurance.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in the area of business management mathematics management information finance actuarial science economics or other analytics related field.
Preferred skills:
Knowledge of the US regulatory landscape including requirements for distributing insurance products and best practices for the small commercial sector.
Understanding of insurance underwriting and pricing principles.
Experience with carrier rating/policy management platforms.
Experience with risk management and marketing strategies.
