A day in the life:

The Project Coordinator ODP NSO Technology manages and maintains project plans schedules budget and resource allocation for New Store Opening and Operational Delivery & Programs initiatives inclusive of store openings closings renovations and relocations. The Project Coordinator works in a collaborative and supportive manner with internal and external team members to ensure projects are delivered successfully. The Project Coordinator facilitates vendor and internal stakeholder meetings ensuring overall timelines and budgets are met. This role works cross-functionally with construction and operations teams including Store Technology Deployment and Store Development Project Managers Educator Help Centre Fixed Assets Accounts Payable Administrators and reports to the Technology Team Lead ODP NSO Technology.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a record keeping system for all documentation in accordance with lululemon’s Project Management Procedures including the creation and maintenance of procedural documentation. The Project Coordinator collaborates with lululemon team and vendor project managers to communicate relevant project information and status updates effectively and accurately to technology and business stakeholders on store openings and closures as well as special technology initiatives. This role includes responsibility for Opex related activities including Store Closures and Administration related to store technology deployment operations.

The Project Coordinator assists the Team Lead in process improvement automation and backend technical tasks when needed. The Project Coordinator has a forward-thinking mindset with execution at the forefront and strong people skills relating to working with high-level team members.
