About this role
As we go from serving thousands to 100s of thousands of customers, we want to build the most trusted brand in finance. To achieve that, our customer service standards should be second to none.
This is where you’ll come in. We are looking for the right person that will resolve complex issues with our users, and enable our growth at scale.
You’ll
Spend the majority of your time working with users directly over email to resolve issues.
Develop a clear understanding of our customers, their needs and ideas.
Become a subject matter expert surrounding the Stablegains product.
Facilitate the onboarding of consumer and business customers.
Advocate for improving our products and services on behalf of our users.
Drive initiatives and improvements to processes to scale our support operations.3
You’re a great candidate if
You’re passionate and energized by helping customers and solving difficult problems.
You are optimistic and bring in positive energy when helping others.
You can empathize with users and can quickly grasp the issues they are facing.
You are well organized and a self-starter.
You have excellent written English communication skills.
You have used ticketing systems like Zendesk and knowledge bases before.
You’ll get bonus points if
You have experience working at a fintech business.
Some practicalities
You are US-based or have lived in the US before (you have a great understanding of US consumers).
This is a fully remote, full time position.
You can choose your own hours.
Compensation
Our goal is for everyone’s compensation to be aligned with how well the company as a whole is doing. As such, we are very happy to compensate everyone with significant equity stakes, as we believe they will substantially grow in value.
Our budget for this role is $40,000 – $50,000 annual compensation + a meaningful equity stake.
