Job Responsibilities : Remote: Online Booking Tool Support Specialist – Travel (West Coast/Entry Level)

Provide customer support for the online booking tools and other corporate travel software offered by Global Travel Collection. This role faces both internally, with our advisors, and externally, with our corporate clients. A successful candidate would have great customer service skills, have a working knowledge of online booking tools, and the desire/ability to solve problems daily.
***This position can work from home in most states, however, this position cannot be completed in the state of Colorado.***
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am – 5:30pm PT
Provides support of corporate online booking tools, such as Concur, Certify, and Deem/Etta to meet client needs.
Monitor the Help Desk calls and emails. This includes picking up tasks, completing them, and communicating their completion as needed.
Implement new accounts by following established implementation process.
Present trainings and demonstrations in a professional manner.
Other duties as assigned.
1-3 years’ experience with corporate online booking software required, with the ability to learn other tools such as Concur, Certify and Deem/Etta.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Previous travel agency experience required.
Working knowledge of GDS systems required. (Sabre knowledge preferred)
Exceptional customer service skills required along with strong business communication skills (both oral and written).
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to conduct training in both virtual and in-person environments if needed.
Detailed oriented while coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
