Provider Data Senior Representative / United States, Work from Home

Maintains current provider data for the largest and most complex account structures to ensure the quality of the network.  Updates provider data in claim engine systems as well as HCPM and CPF for contracted HCPs.  This position receives work requests for remediation of provider data (demographic and contractual) from an array of sources and reports on a regular schedule.  Submits intakes for automation scripting to correct provider data in addition to manually updating provider data to address any fallout from automation.  Maintain production counts and inventory counts via MOS Daily Activity logs and Inventory manager batching.


Responsibilities:

Responsible for batching, reviewing and loading Provider Data in atleast 2 of the following provider systems: CPF (PWB)/HCPM/Facets/Proclaim.
Review and load all requests thru completion from the Cigna HCP Inventory Manager
Reviews incoming work for information that may be missing and accuracy of information.
Conducts/reviews/responds to outreaches for missing/verification of information from Providers/Matrix partner/Vendors to ensure data integrity, accuracy and equivalency in and between CPF (PWB)/HCPM/Facets/Proclaim.


Adheres to production and quality standards set for role
Identifies opportunities to simplify workstreams and become more efficient from receiving of request to loading of requests into applicable system.
Supports provider data remediation projects or new work type implementation activities as directed by Manager.
Will grow in role to be able to identify opportunities for improvement in processes and workflows as well as volume reduction opportunities.

Atleast 2 of following provider systems: CPF, Facets, HCPM (Portico), Proclaim; Preferred
Baseline Network product as well as AIMS (IFP/Surefit) Network product knowledge
Navigation skills in Inventory Manager (formerly IBM HCP Intake Tool)


High school diploma and preferred to have experience with managed care data systems and applications for claims payment; or any combination of education and work experience.
Strong technical skills and track record of high performing producer
Microsoft office products knowledge (Access Database knowledge a plus)
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Proven ability to maintain positive working relationships and to provide coaching and guidance to other staff members.
Strong investigative skills


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 19 – 29 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.


This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
