What You Need:
Undergraduate Degree or Equivalent Experience
1+ years recent mortgage experience
3+ years of sales experience


Working knowledge of all GSE, Regulatory & Compliance guidelines (RESPA, TILA, QM, AIR & TRID)
Proficiency with technological solutions including LOS, CRM, Social Media, Pricing Engines, and Agency Underwriting Engines
Courage to always push outside your comfort zone and be disciplined to take sales action even in the face of rejection


Top phone skills required with articulate delivery and building relationships quickly
Willingness to accept new ideas, concepts, processes and technology

What You Will Offer:
Solicit and Develop a prospective B2B client pipeline
Develop tactical strategies and sales disciplines to maximize production opportunity within designated territory
Manage pipeline / maintain acceptable performance metrics as determined by CFW
Disciplined relationship management of approved accounts with a focus on account activity, wallet share and market-share metrics


Drive improvements/efficiencies with Clients
Develop production forecasts and marketing/business plans outlined with relevant strategies
Engage with Client and Prospective Client database through multiple markets including Phone, Email, Direct Marketing, Social Media tools


Use prescribed CRM metrics to improve outbound sales actions to produce expected results; gather data and update CRM systems accordingly
Share ideas and best practices for success; serve as a peer mentor when called upon
Communicate / Develop relationships with Operations / Fulfillment team members
Provide market intelligence
Have fluency of industry knowledge and enhance your expertise through training, industry publications, lending bulletins


Be a subject matter expert on Cardinal Financial policies, procedures, products and technology.
Provide technical training and support to brokers with regard to Cardinals’ proprietary technology platform, Octane
Conduct group presentations over phone/video to promote Cardinals Value Proposition and present our process, product and technology platforms.
Provide excellent service through disciplined follow up and guidance to our Broker Partners
Support and Model the culture of Cardinal Financial
