Our Sales and Service Representatives sell and promote our diverse membership benefits, build strong relationships and provide exceptional service to our members and potential members. AAA is more than Roadside Service & Towing, we offer Insurance and Financial Services, Tour & Travel booking and amazing Discounts!
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Promote the sales of primary and associate AAA memberships, counsel potential members on benefits of AAA members, including AAA Premier, Plus, and other Call Center promotions.
• Make any changes on existing memberships and assists members with membership problems.
• Work one on one with our valued members on improving their membership experience and customer relations by recommending products and services that meet their needs through cross selling opportunities. Competitive salary with monthly performance-based incentive bonuses.
• Promote AAA Digital Membership experience, assists members with navigating AAA Website and Mobile app.

Qualifications
WHAT YOU NEED:
• Motivated and goal-oriented
• One year of customer service experience
• Sales experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED
