Position Description:
KPA is seeking a motivated Revenue Operations Specialist. This entry level position will play a critical role in supporting and linking together Sales Marketing and Customer Success to ensure efficiencies specifically leaning in on our tools and systems (Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the sales team and various cross-departmental functions such as Operations Finance IT and Customer Success to validate information and maintain the data integrity of Salesforce.com (SFDC)
    • Manage and drive processes such as converting leads creating accounts and maintaining data integrity on new and existing accounts.
    • Manage cases/requests as originated through the dedicated email channel against department SLAs.
    • Perform data upload activities with a focus on ensuring data integrity
    • Work with Revenue Operations Manager on various projects for continuous improvement of the business.
    • Support the business by monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions.
    • Coordinate and ensure accuracy of sales forecasts and reports
    • Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency
    • Working hours: 7am – 4pm MST

Required Skills and Experience:

    • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and become a trusted partner
    • Moderate analytical perspective and understanding of data models and architecture
    • Ability to take complex problems and create processes and procedures that are digestible to others
    • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
    • Possess intellectual curiosity – able to problem solve and ask the right questions

Compensation:

    • Annual salary range between $45-55k
    • Bonus potential up to 7.5% annually
