The Salesforce Support Specialist proactively responds to end-user support tickets and provides first-tier troubleshooting for issues related to the Salesforce environment


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.    Daily support of the Salesforce platform including, but not limited to, setting up users, profiles, roles; creating new reports, dashboards, and end user vignettes; responding to support requests from end users; and troubleshooting issues.
2.    Work with senior team members, as needed, to resolve issues and communicate requests while maintaining communication with end users.
3.    Prioritize, plan, and execute special projects as needed.
4.    Create and manage an ongoing education strategy to learn more about the Salesforce products the company uses to improve ability to maintain and support the current environment.


EDUCATION:
1.    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Marketing or Advertising preferred).
2.    Some level of education via the Trailhead platform ideal.


EXPERIENCE: 
1.    Prior experience in a technology-oriented support desk preferred.
2.    Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
3.    Candidates with a desire to attain additional certifications.

5.    Effective multi-tasking skills to simultaneously manage multiple tasks of varying complexity and priority.
6.    Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to share complex, technical topics clearly, concisely, effectively, and professionally.
