To ensure that students and staff are effective users of ideas and information by providing instruction to foster competence of informational skills and by working with other educators to design learning strategies to meet the needs of individual students. Howard Middle School hosts an International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Program as well an active STEAM program. We have been designated a 2022 Magnet School of Excellence.
