Title: Customer Service Representative
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Location: Marlton, NJ
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
We are looking for a skilled individual whose primary responsibility is to assist customers through a high-volume seasonal call center. They will be well-organized and productive. An excellent associate must be an organized, reliable and results-driven professional that handles customer needs with a sense of urgency.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Work with customers calling in or via live chat to assist them with needs
Record all calls using company software
Attend trainings to become familiar with assorted reasons customers would call
Become proficient in solving common customer issues
Handle all calls efficiently and professionally
Always maintain high customer service standards
Preform according to company standards for accuracy, hold time, ect.
IMPORTANT CHARACTERISTICS AND BEHAVIORS FOR SUCCESS
Proven experience as call center employee or similar position
Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Positive and patient
Creativity and willingness to try new things
Self-directed, proactive, able to define and execute projects independently
Detail-oriented, able to multi-task
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent; Higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated
Experience in Customer Service is required
