Our company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage a residential property. The Site Manager must be flexible a quick learner and highly organized. Duties consists of running day to day operations managing staff (if any) accommodating residents and coordinating with vendors.
The candidate is required to have: At least 6 months to a year of experience in site management or a similar field of management. Knowledge involving the day-to-day operation of a residential property good communication and organizational skills and basic computer skills in Excel and Word is preferred. Must be an excellent people person self-motivated able to work independently and great problem solver during emergency situations. Required to generate and present monthly reports at Board of Director’s meetings. Depending on the property management of staff (maintenance janitorial and/or security) will be needed. An understanding of the operation of irrigation systems landscaping pool operations cleaning and minor building repair is a major plus.
· Candidates without experience will be considered if they have a strong willingness to learn and a variety of other skills or personality traits that fit the position requirements. – Pay rate to be determined for applicants without experience.
Applicant must currently live on Oahu and have 2 forms of ID. Driving is required and a reliable vehicle with current safety and registration is necessary.’
