Position Overview:
All In One Financial Solutions is seeking someone who is ambitious and willing to learn to join our team (an experienced Tax Preparer is preferred but no experience is fine). We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can prepare and review personal tax returns. The successful candidate will work with a team of tax preparers for the tax season Full-Time from January to June. Normally this position converts to Part-Time during the July – December months but that is open to discussion. This is a 1099 independent contracting job you will be responsible for BUILDING YOUR OWN BOOK OF BUSINESS! We are looking for self-motivators and ambitious candidates only! Our primary focus is excellent customer service accurate and friendly tax preparation. Training is provided.
Key Responsibilities: -Completion of onboarding
-Following internal procedures
-Preparation of personal tax returns using software provided
-Responding to Customers both in person and over the phone
-Responding to client email inquiries
-Researching Tax Inquiries
-E-filing and Reviewing returns
-Working efficiently
-Basic working knowledge of software
– Be able to market yourself and obtain clients visa direct marketing and or social medial
-Have fun doing taxes!
Qualifications and Experience:
-Positive Attitude
-Great Organizational Skills
-Strong Problem-Solving Skills
-Prior tax preparation experience (not mandatory)
-Formal Tax Preparation education an asset but not necessary
-Excellent Communication skills – both written and verbal
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Flexible Schedule
-REMOTE/ WORK FROM HOME
