What you’ll do…
This role operates in a similar capacity to the front desk of a walk-in medical clinic. Tasks include processing incoming patient requests via phone and EPIC System, making outbound calls to gather missing patient information, connecting patients with available providers, and serving as the primary contact for non-medical support requests for patients, third-party agents, providers, and pharmacies.
The candidate will be responsible for accurate documentation, efficient call behaviors, responsive communication, and multi-tasking within a high-volume call center environment. As the first point of contact for our patients, the candidate will maintain a professional demeanor, HIPAA compliance, and high personal integrity regarding assigned work and operating within a team environment. Additional projects may be assigned based on business needs and candidate skills.
One – Two years of customer service experience in a fast-paced customer service environment

You have good communication skills (able to speak and write well English)
Basic knowledge in the medical field or have medical background.
Computer skills including basic troubleshooting and a multi-screen, multi-system workspace; able to type 32-45 WPM
Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment
Excellent notation and task organization skills
Schedule Includes weekends and 1-2 weekdays
