As our Grants Manager you will create clear concise and compelling grant proposals and reports that support thousands of students in their journeys to and through college. Day to day you will prepare grant proposals and reports collaborate with National and Regional teams to gather necessary information and work with a group of passionate writers to share knowledge and best practices. To thrive in this job you must be a highly skilled persuasive writer.

  • You have experience writing authentically about marginalized communities from an asset-based perspective.
  • You are a meticulous writer committed to proofreading until there are no errors.
  • You are excited to work collaboratively remotely or hybrid from any of our regional locations: Oakland CA; Sacramento CA; Los Angeles CA; Denver CO; New Orleans LA; D.C. Metro Area.

This position is exempt with a full salary range of $69200-$93600. However aligned with our DEI practices we target the 50th percentile of the salary band at $80000-$83800. All offers are dependent upon experience.
