The Marketing Operations Specialist works across multiple teams and brands, helping ensure success by keeping key projects on time and on budget. This position is responsible for designing and implementing new and improved marketing processes, generating reports of marketing performance, and maintaining the project management and collaboration tools used by the marketing team.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.    Create, monitor, and improve marketing project templates and processes within team’s project management software and communicate expectations effectively to teams.
2.    Review daily work and traffic with team and adjust marketing workflow and schedules to meet deadlines.
3.    Serve as the administrator of the team’s project management software including onboarding of new users, establishing best practices, conducting user training, and acting as the liaison with the provided vendor.


4.    As needed, build, produce, and distribute the Marketing Team’s recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards which are used to monitor website and lead gen campaign performance and creative production from Power BI, Salesforce, Workfront, and other marketing software.
5.    Coordinate marketing campaign process in Salesforce.
6.    Maintain campaign calendar for NBS business lines using email and digital strategy tactics.
7.    Coordinate onboarding of new team members with Team Leaders, and distribute relevant onboarding materials.


8.    Work with Accounts Payable to provide Marketing Team hours for monthly inter-department billing, as well as submit and pay all marketing vendor invoices within the Workday platform. This includes vendor relationships, W9 input, and timeline management of payouts.
9.    Schedule team meetings and coordinate team events.
10.    Organize and maintain marketing-related Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites and folders.
11.    Assist Marketing Leadership Team with projects as needed.


Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

EXPERIENCE:
1.    Two years previous marketing and project management experience.
2.    Experience working in project management software and Salesforce.
3.    Experience with agile marketing a plus.
